Peptide Works
Research-Grade Peptides
What Peptide Works can answer, what it will not answer, and how to frame an enquiry so it is resolved in one exchange rather than four.
Enquiries reach Peptide Works two ways: by email at info@peptide-works.com, or through the enquiry form published on the company’s website. Those are the two channels the company publishes, and this page is straightforward about what it does and does not include.
The email address is info@peptide-works.com. It is the official address, it covers every enquiry category, and it is the one to use when something needs to travel with your message — a photograph of a damaged shipment, a batch label, a purchase order. Where you can, write from the email address the order was placed with; matching a message to an order is the single most common reason a reply takes longer than it should.
The enquiry form is at peptide-works.com/contact-us. It asks for a name, an email address, the country you are writing from, and an enquiry category — orders, product enquiry, wholesale enquiry, or anything else — followed by your message. The country field is not administrative filler: a great many enquiries turn on shipping route, customs position or payment method, and all three depend on where you are.
Submitting the form carries a consent statement, reproduced here in the site's own words: “By pressing submit, you agree that we can contact you via the supplied details. We promise to only use your details to contact you in relation to this specific enquiry or order.” The wider position on data handling is set out in the Peptide Works privacy policy.
This section exists because vagueness on the point wastes people's time. Peptide Works does not publish a telephone number, a postal or office address, business or support hours, a WhatsApp or other messaging channel, a live chat facility, or social media profiles. There is no published response-time commitment either — no stated turnaround, and none is implied here.
If you find a telephone number, an address or a social account attributed to Peptide Works on a third-party directory, a review aggregator or a marketplace listing, treat it as unverified. None of it is published by the company on its own website, and this page does not reproduce it. The email address above and the enquiry form are the only routes.
No registered office or postal address is published, but two operational facts are. Shipping goes out from either the United Kingdom or the United States depending on destination, with most orders leaving from the UK. Manufacturing takes place in cGMP-certified facilities described as being located in Europe and the United States. Those are the only geographic statements the site makes, and they describe logistics and production rather than a place you can write to.
Most enquiries that take several exchanges to resolve take several exchanges because the first message left something out. A short checklist prevents almost all of it.
Include your order number if the enquiry concerns an order, and the email address the order was placed with if it differs from the one you are writing from. Name the exact product as it appears in the catalogue, including the format — BPC-157 Peptide Vial and BPC-157 Peptide Capsules are different listings, and so are the DAC and No DAC forms of CJC-1295. Quote the batch number from the vial or label if your question concerns documentation or purity. State your destination country. And say what outcome you are after: a replacement, a Certificate of Analysis, a cancellation, a confirmation of availability.
One thing worth doing that most people skip: state what you have already checked. If you have read the shipping policy and your question is the one it does not answer, saying so moves the exchange forward by a full round trip.
The form's four categories are not decorative. Selecting accurately routes the message and is the single easiest thing you can do to get a useful reply.
Anything concerning an order already placed: payment, dispatch, tracking, a change of address, cancellation, or a delivery that has not arrived within the published window.
Availability, pack sizes, format, batch documentation, Certificates of Analysis, and whether a compound is stocked. Not how to use it.
Bulk and repeat-volume purchasing. Handled individually — no published pricing schedule, minimum quantity or discount tier exists.
Data and privacy requests, documentation questions that do not attach to a specific order, and anything the other three categories do not cover.
Timing matters more here than anywhere else. To change or cancel an order, the published guidance is to make contact within two hours of purchase; after that, changes may not be possible. Cancellation with a full refund remains possible up until the order is released for shipping, but that is a narrower window than it sounds once an order has entered dispatch.
A few facts that pre-empt the most common order enquiries. Orders are dispatched two to four working days after payment is received. Receipt of payment is not separately confirmed — the dispatch email is the confirmation, and it carries the tracking number and link. International bank payments can take two to three working days to appear, so a gap between paying and hearing anything is expected rather than a sign something has gone wrong. One discount voucher may be applied per order, entered in the promo code field at checkout. Corrections to a shipping address after dispatch mean a reshipment at the buyer's cost.
Peptide Works answers factual questions about what it supplies: whether a compound is stocked, what formats and pack sizes a listing is available in, what a batch tested at, and what documentation accompanies it. The full range is set out on the Peptide Works shop page and described by format on the services page.
It does not answer questions about use or application. The company's own words on this are worth quoting because they are unambiguous: “We are a supply company, and we do not answer questions about the use or application of our products.” No protocols, no preparation instructions, no concentrations, no schedules, no comparisons of one compound against another for a stated purpose. That is not an unhelpful policy dressed up as a principled one — a supplier advising on the design of a study it knows nothing about would be doing something it is not qualified to do, and the line is drawn for good reason.
Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis can be provided. If documentation needs to be in hand before material is used, request it explicitly rather than assuming it will arrive with the parcel, and quote the batch number. Independently issued third-party testing certificates are also published on the live site, and are often the faster answer for a general purity question.
Select the wholesale enquiry option and give the company something to work with: which compounds, what formats, roughly what quantity, how often, and the destination country. Repeat-supply arrangements turn on all five. No bulk pricing, minimum order quantity or volume discount tier is published anywhere on the Peptide Works site, so treat any figure you see quoted elsewhere as unverified.
Most of these are answered in the published shipping and returns policy, which is worth reading before writing. Worldwide shipping is offered to most countries, with country-specific restrictions applied at checkout. Standard international delivery is quoted at ten to fourteen days and premium at three to five, with expedited options at additional cost. Parcel Force and DHL are among the carriers used. Packages are sent unlabelled.
Where an order has not arrived, the shipping protection provision is the relevant mechanism: an order not received within the published window from dispatch is re-sent, and in the unlikely event a re-sent order also fails to arrive, it is refunded. That provision covers customs seizure. Responsibility for checking the destination country's laws and regulations before ordering rests with the customer — and where customs write to you about a shipment, forward a copy of the correspondence, because Peptide Works will where possible help supply the information needed to release it.
Report it within seven days. Because of the nature of the products, returns are not accepted, so transit damage is resolved by replacement under the shipping and returns policy rather than by sending material back. Photographs of the packaging and the affected item, taken before anything is discarded, make this straightforward.
The privacy policy describes rights of erasure, access and data portability, rectification, and complaint, together with the mechanics attached to each — a six-digit token issued after erasure, a double opt-in confirmation email, and an XML or JSON export that expires forty-eight hours after it is sent. Email marketing carries an opt-out in every message.
Being straight about a gap: the policy does not publish a dedicated route for submitting any of those requests. In practice that means writing to info@peptide-works.com, or using the enquiry form and selecting anything else, and stating which right you are exercising. The full text is on the privacy policy page.
No telephone number is published. If a number is listed for Peptide Works on a third-party site, it is not one the company publishes and this page will not repeat it.
No response time is published, and none is promised here. What is published are two deadlines that run the other way — the two-hour window for changing an order and the seven-day window for reporting damage — both of which are obligations on the customer, not turnaround commitments by the company.
No address is published, so no. Shipments originate from the UK or the US, but neither is given as a contactable address.
Write to info@peptide-works.com. That is the official address and the only one to use — it covers orders, product and documentation questions, wholesale, shipping and data requests alike, and it reaches the same team as the enquiry form. Any other address attributed to Peptide Works elsewhere is not one the company publishes.
Yes, and for order status that is usually faster than an enquiry. The account area on the live site is where order history and tracking sit, and the tracking link issued on dispatch works independently of it.
No. The position holds regardless of how the question is framed or who is asking. Factual questions about the material itself are always welcome.
None is published.
Every product Peptide Works supplies is for laboratory research purposes only. It shapes what the company can answer, so it belongs on a contact page rather than only in a footer.
Products are not for human or animal consumption or ingestion of any kind, are not medicines, and are not approved by the FDA, for customers in the United States, or the MHRA, for customers in the United Kingdom, to prevent, treat, diagnose, mitigate or cure any medical condition or disease. They should be handled only by qualified and suitably trained laboratory research professionals. The published terms require purchasers to be 21 years or over and associated with a body qualified to carry out laboratory research, and Peptide Works reserves the right to carry out due diligence on eligibility and to refuse a sale.
The practical consequence for an enquiry is simple. A question about the material — its identity, purity, batch, format, availability, documentation, or where it is in transit — will be answered. A question that treats the material as something to be taken will not be, and framing it as a research question does not change that. Nothing on this page or anywhere on this site is medical advice.
The conditions of sale are set out in full in the terms and conditions. Background on the company and the standards behind the catalogue is on the about page.
